ABOUT

Hi,

Welcome to my fitness/soccer web page!

I am a MAMA to a baby girl, Rooney, a WIFE to Cameron, and a total FITNESS ENTHUSIAST! My favorites are my fam, training, squating, soccer, outdoors, Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, and ZipFizz! My fitness journey started with training for SOCCER, which lead me to lifting post college. After graduating with my bachelors in Exercise Science, I became a certified personal trainer through NASM and got my National D Soccer Coaching License. I worked as an online fitness and nutrition coach, an in-person trainer, and a soccer coach.

I became heavily involved in BIKINI COMPETITIONS from 2014-2015;  I competed in several back to back NPC and NGA shows, placing within the top five at each show. I was a gym rat! I basically lived at the gym! And when I wasn’t at the gym… I was either grocery shopping, meal prepping, or eating! I became obsessed with myself and my aesthetics. That’s when I decided I needed a change in my life!

I felt I needed to dial things down so I could find a healthy BALANCE between being a gym rat and spending time with my family. Which is exactly what I did in 2016! I stayed active, continued to play soccer for RSL Women, and wasn’t a nazi about what I ate! I enjoyed other aspects of life a bit more!

2017 I found out I was PREGNANT! I spent that year focusing on nourishing my baby and making sure I kept my body strong to have the best birth possible. I studied pre-natal exercise and nutrition and tried implementing what I learned on myself. Pregnancy is obviously no walk in the park, but staying active and eating right definitely helped the process for me go smoother! I finally had my baby that November, and it was pure bliss!

This year I’ve started CROSSFIT at O.U.R. in Draper, UT. and I love it! It’s challenging yet rewarding! I’m not sure where I’ll go with it… but my goal is to give it a good year!

I currently coach soccer at USA Metro and do private training. Contact me to schedule your sessions, I’d love to work with you!

Much love,

Fit Brit
